My Approach

I offer bodywork focused on helping you feel safe, supported, and more at home within. Using Swedish, connective tissue, and neuromuscular techniques along with gentle energy work, I tailor each session to your needs. There are many barriers to wellness we must navigate in society — I hope to offer a space free of discrimination, stigma, and shame. Your whole self is seen, affirmed, and loved here. My approach seeks to honor the body’s natural wisdom and offer a space for rest and reconnection through compassionate touch and co-regulation.

  • 10 minute call: FREE

Extended In-Person Consultation

We’ll meet in person to discuss your bodywork support needs or goals, and I’ll offer resources that may be helpful, without a need to commit to receiving additional bodywork sessions from me.

  • 30 minute session: $20

Individual Bodywork Sessions—Catered to Your Unique Needs

Appointments are scheduled with an additional 10 minute cushion before and after hands-on session time to offer space to set an intention for the session and process how you’re feeling afterward.

  • 30 minutes: $50

  • 60 minutes: $85

  • 90 minutes: $110

  • 120 minutes: $135

Mobile Massage Add-On

I can bring my supplies and bodywork to you—I just need a safe environment and enough room for my table or chair (about 8’ x 4’). I love families, pets, and regular ol’ living spaces in all their (potentially “messy”) glory!

This is a fee added onto a bodywork service fee to cover travel time and additional labor and expenses. I can travel up to 30 minutes by car.

  • $40

Groups and Parties

I love to offer massage and bodywork at group events and parties! I can bring my table, chair, or floor mat, and other supplies. This fee includes a flat travel rate plus an hourly rate.

  • $40 + $95/hour
